Account Manager / Account Director - Market Research

We have an opportunity for a market research specialist who will manage client accounts as well as develop new business.

Research experience is important, as is the ability to drive business dev, explore, engage, and convert leads to new clients. We are a remote-first team, that is known to be a trusted advisor to companies when research and insights matter.

To be successful, you will bring experience, selling agency or consulting services; and have either Research or Stats expertise.

About You:

You have a demonstrable track record of growing companies through consultative selling. You are a problem solver and strategic thinker who is resourceful. Know that following a proven process (whether yours or not) is the most predictable way to reliably hit your KPIs. Understand statistics and/or research Command authority naturally as a facilitator of conversations.
