Branch Manager

An exciting opportunity has presented itself as an established and award-winning Office Automation and Technology corporate looking for a suitable Branch Manager for their Botswana branch. The purpose of the role is to manage operations, various staff members, Key Account Managers, as well as developing and attaining sales goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with Buyers and other merchandisers to plan product ranges.
  • Analyze product ranges per customer and ensure identification of slow-moving products for corrective measures.
  • Understand, discuss, and sell ROI to customers.
  • Meet with decision-makers and close deals.
  • Implement and manage sales forecasts and predict future sales.
  • Supervise and train staff members.
  • Manage inventory levels and distribution of stock.
  • Set stock promotions/price reductions as appropriate.
  • Assess sales performance of product ranges.
  • Assess in-store promotions by country and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Manage two Key Account Managers and their KPIs.
  • Manage On Loan Merchandisers.
Desired Experience & Qualification

Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • Minimum of two years working experience within a management position.
  • Relevant Degree in Business Administration/Sales OR Marketing.
  • Experience in merchandising.
  • Experience managing, motivating, and coaching individuals.
  • Ability to create strategic action plans and follow through to completion.
Package & Remuneration

R 680 000 CTC Per Annum (Dependent on Experience).
