REQUIREMENTS We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our fast-growing team at]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE DUTIES: • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals • Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales. • Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients. • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts • Identifying new revenue opportunities • Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs). • Building business relationships with current and potential clients • Attending networking events to attract and retain clients • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects • Collaborating with management on sales goals • Support the team with other responsibilities as required QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field • Minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and good leadership skills to manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve desired outcomes. • Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving • Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth. • Experience with CRM software • Experience in managing and growing sales teams • Excellent multitasking skills • Ability to prioritize tasks • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work under pressure • Strong customer service skills • Ability to sell value and create credibility • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: • Applicant must be presentable, well groomed, neat in appearance with excellent manners and corporate etiquette • Deadline driven and be able to manage the workflow without supervision • Be energetic, confident and open minded to make decisions • Proactive, deadline driven, ability to think out of the box, able to identify and resolve problems • Attention to detail, multi task, manage stress and workload and a positive demeanor • Excellent communicator
