Inherent requirements: • Matric or a relevant tertiary qualification • Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in the safety industry, Sales and / Marketing • Minimum 3 years’ experience with a track record in new business development within a sales environment • Excellent organisational and planning skills • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential) • Computer literate (MS Office) Duties and responsibilities: • Ability to grow, manage and maintain trust and strong business relationships with existing and new key accounts via personal visits, telephone calls and email contact • Responsible to self-generate new opportunities • Develop and execute business development initiatives with aggressive targets • New Business Development and Customer Relationship Management • Provide market intelligence and finding new business opportunities • Work with the management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan • Initiate and complete proposals and presentations for new business opportunities • Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentations to capture profitable business opportunities • Assure proper administration of established contracts • Monthly reporting with clear objectives and goals Character Traits: • Extremely confident • Ability to deal with pressure • Excellent customer relationship management • Ambitious and will persevere to achieve positive results • Analytical minded and a problem solver • Friendly with a positive attitude • Self- motivated • Assertive Interviewing process: 1 to 2 Panel interviews Reporting to: Business Development Executive Closing date for applications: Wednesday ,18 September 2024 Please note should you not receive a response within one week of applying, you may consider your application as being unsuccessful.
