DELI CHEF / SUSHI CHEF • Managing a team • Ensuring food production meets hygiene standards. • Developing a daily menu for hot foods. • Responsible for costings and maintaining overall gross profit percentage. • Implementing weekly promotions within the department. • Point of Sale Systems

Criteria: • Matric • Own, reliable transport • Relevant qualification or Experience as a Chef in either disciplines - advantage • Love for crafting Tantalizing Meals • Excellent English communication skills • Must have positive / good attitude • Drive excellence in customer service • Willing to learn and be able to manage self and workspace very well • Prepared to work shifts, and overtime as needed
