Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Engineering Location: Mumbai, India (with global responsibilities) Salary from R 3.5 million highly negotiable plus normal expatriate benefits Leading global supplier of innovative solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in packaging and processing machinery, capsules, films & foils, and inspection systems has a CEO: Engineering position available Qualifications and Experience Required • Tertiary Qualification in Engineering • Masters in Business Administration advantageous • Proven track record of executive leadership in a global engineering or manufacturing organization, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related industry. • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and operational management, with a focus on driving growth and profitability. • Strong understanding of engineering principles, product development lifecycle, and technological trends in manufacturing and automation. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
