We are looking for young, vibrant and experienced customer care agents to join a learnership with DSG. In the program the successful candidates will learn and get exposure to assist inbound customers with queries, complaints and compliments. The candidates must not have prior exposure to business process outsourcing (BPO) environment. Responsibilities: Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies to assist customers accurately. Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during all customer interactions. Required Skills and Qualifications 2-year minimum customer care experience customer services/ retail environment Age of 18-27 years old and residential address in the Western Cape South African citizen Currently unemployed and must have been unemployed the last 6 months in the BPO customer care call centre space Not have not undergone DEDAT/government learning programme Completed Matric with maths SARS/Tax clearance confirmation Well-spoken and able to write in English well CRM experience would be an added bonus Be able to travel to Century City, Cape Town Be able to work shifts (weekends, public holidays, after hours)
