Head of Production and Testing

Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in the Western Cape, is looking for a Head of Production and Testing to join their dynamic team!

Key Purpose of the Role
The Head of Production and Testing will oversee the manufacturing processes and testing operations, ensuring all activities meet high-quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves optimizing workflows, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational efficiency to deliver top-tier products.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering is essential.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a team within production environments in electronics manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, or defence manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, quality assurance, and testing procedures.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive teams and optimize processes.
