Talent Acquisition Specialist

HPCSA registered professional with 3-5 years’ end to end Talent Acquisition experience at various levels required to start with this FSP based in either Stellenbosch, Johannesburg Central or Sandton.

Minimum requirements:

  • Post Graduate degree in Psychology or Industrial/Organisational Development essential
  • HPCSA registration as Psychometrist/Psychologist required
  • Minimum 3 -5 years’ end to end talent acquisition experience in a fast paced environment required
  • Proven experience in management competency frameworks, assessment and feedback (assessment/feedback/development conversations) beneficial
  • Previous experience in HR Consulting, including job descriptions advantageous
  • HR system experience required

Responsibilities :

  • End to end talent acquisition at various levels
  • Manage and prioritize multiple vacancies and any given time
  • Competency based interviewing
  • Use and interpretation of role-based assessments
