Minimum requirements:
- Post Graduate degree in Psychology or Industrial/Organisational Development essential
- HPCSA registration as Psychometrist/Psychologist required
- Minimum 3 -5 years’ end to end talent acquisition experience in a fast paced environment required
- Proven experience in management competency frameworks, assessment and feedback (assessment/feedback/development conversations) beneficial
- Previous experience in HR Consulting, including job descriptions advantageous
- HR system experience required
Responsibilities :

- Use and interpretation of role-based assessments
