We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our organization, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and providing exceptional service to our staff and customers. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the organization, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including employee records, client information, and project details Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings and appointments, and manage calendars Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, including data entry and expense tracking Provide support to other departments as needed, including HR, IT, and operations Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information Perform other administrative tasks as required Requirements: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (such as business administration or office administration) an asset Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive) Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
