These machines include low profile and narrow vein loaders predominantly for the smaller mining applications. About the Role Capital Sales administrator process sales orders and payments, arrange deliveries and offer after-sales support. Responsibilities Capital Equipment quoting Assist in compiling Tender documentation Loading of new orders received on Business Central Open machine files Closing off machine files once all steps have been completed Rate of exchange calculations Printing of product manuals Invoicing Filing Updating of various spreadsheets for month end reports Archiving General admin Adhoc duties Candidate Requirements Matric Diploma or Certificate in office management or finance would be beneficial Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role High level of computer literacy (Excel/Microsoft projects/Microsoft office) Strong project management, organizational and communication skills are required
