Junior Graphic Designer

In this role, you will collaborate with our talented design team to create compelling graphics that captivate and engage our audience. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation of visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, brochures, and advertisements. - Conceptualizing, designing and executing in-store signage such as store windows and product graphics for ATL & BTL elements - Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into your work. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. - Edit and refine existing graphics based on feedback and evolving project requirements. - Design eye-catching marketing materials including digital & print ads, social media graphics, emailers & banners, newsletters, & ad hoc promotional materials based on internal briefs. - Designing seasonal catalogues to showcase products effectively. - Social media content/assets (e.g. Facebook, X (Formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram) - Collaborate with Social Media marketing specialists to align marketing campaigns - Ensuring all work aligns with brand positioning & guidelines Qualifications: - Matric or related - Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field. Requirements: - Must be a South Africa citizen or hold a valid permit - Must be between the ages of 25/35 years old. - Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.). - Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity. - Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback. - A basic understanding of web design principles and UX/UI is a plus. - 3-5 Years experience - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Benefits: - Staff Discounts Unleash your creativity and shape the future of design with us.
