Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling the organization's merchandise and ensuring that all stock is effectively displayed and maintained. You will manage cash and card transactions, meet sales targets, and contribute to stock control and marketing efforts. Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or NQF 4
  • Good mathematical ability
  • Previous experience in the sales of parts is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Orientation towards marketing and client service
  • Team-oriented
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Targets:
    • Achieve sales targets as per commission structure.
    • Effectively display the entire range of stock on hand.
  2. Stock Control:
    • Manage stock control and orders.
    • Maintain housekeeping of stock and fittings.
  3. Cash and Card Transactions:
    • Administer and control all cash and card transactions handled at the shop.
  4. Marketing and Client Service:
    • Market parts and workshop services.
    • Provide exceptional client service and support.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Willingness to undergo continuous training.
  6. Additional Duties:
    • Perform other ad-hoc job-related duties as required.
