Our FinTech arm Inala Money Outsourcing is looking for a Lead Generation Agent to join our team and help us on our journey of Hyper Growth! The Role Responsibilities and Duties: ● You will be expected to call customers and find out if they qualify for our services. ● Exceptional sales ability to generate sales leads for multiple products utilizing our systems. ● Understanding all sales and marketing aspects within the business ● Quickly Gain knowledge of our offering and target market and be ready to learn new products when introduced. ● Report back with detailed feedback on customer wants and needs. ● Meeting targets and KPIs set out by management ● Cold-calling and being able to quickly establish rapport with clients. ● Learning how to explain our complex financial offerings to clients in a simple manner. Qualifications and Experience: ● Ability to communicate comfortably with high level clients ● Ability to use intuition and analytical skills to get the best outcome ● Outbound sales experience (With a proven track record) ● Well-developed listening and communication skills ● Strong command of the English Language ● Computer literacy (MS Office, Google Docs) ● Able to negotiate effectively and handle client objections Essential Skills Required: ● Hardworking attitude with a desire to succeed ● Excellent relationship building skills ● Strong desire to learn and grow into leadership roles ● Commitment ● Highly motivated individual, smart and able to prove themselves ● Good communication skills and Sales opener to understand client needs. ● Financial services product sales experience from a business with a very strong sales culture: insurance, debt, etc ● Personal characteristics: resilience, evidence of adaptability, good communicator, able to give strong and reliable feedback, etc Your team: ● Culture is everything in this business.
