National Sales Manager

Inherent requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field • A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in sales management preferable within the training or related industry • Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team across multiple regions • Excellent presentation skills • Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication (both written and verbal) skills • Demonstrated success in securing diverse business contracts and achieving impactful results • Must be willing to travel • Advanced Computer skills (MS Office Suit and CRM) • Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle (essential) Duties and responsibilities: • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies across diverse industry sectors, utilizing market insights to optimize outcomes • Conduct effective contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and enhance organizational profitability • Lead the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and continuity • Oversee the sales team performance, ensuring that the sales target is consistently met or exceeded • Analyze market dynamics and trends to adapt sales approaches, maintaining a competitive edge • Collaborate with subsidiaries within Workforce Group to leverage additional business opportunities • Represent KBC Health and Safety at industry events, conferences and webinars, ensuring active participation and increase brand awareness Duties and responsibilities: • Lead negotiations with key clients, ensuring the preparation and review of proposals, contracts and other commercial documents • Meet monthly targets and submit required sales reports by deadline dates • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and relevant events as necessary • Foster lasting client partnerships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service, driving loyalty and sustainable growth • Build and maintain relationships with all Clients and ensure both existing and potential clients receive exceptional Customer Service Character Traits: • Strong leadership and team management skills • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets • Strategic vision to develop and execute sales plan • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment • Relationship management ability to nurture long-term client relationship • Self-motivated and use own initiative • Have Technical skills • Structured and systematic Interviewing process: 1 to 2 Panel interviews Reporting to: Business Development Executive Closing date for applications: Wednesday, 18 September 2024 Please note should you not receive a response within one week of applying, you may consider your application as being unsuccessful.
