Responsibilities Duties & Tasks

• Basic Bookkeeping • Travel arrangements including booking of flights, car rental, accommodation etc • Marketing • Quotes to clients • Updating of website and external social media • Banking • All office administration Personal Attributes • Able to work under pressure • Attention to detail • Able to prioritise • Strong work ethic • Friendly and helpful demeanour • Excellent telephone etiquette Experience and requirements • Tertiary education (preferably in marketing) • Strong demonstrated experience in a similar role of at least 8 years • Must have own reliable vehicle What is provided Competitive salary / Laptop / Phone
