Product Specialist - Project Manager

Our client is looking for a full-time Product Specialist: Project Manager to pursue meaningful work at the intersection of evangelism and tech. Job Overview: Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Specialist will work as part of the digital product team. This product helps people interested in the Christian faith in their journey to discover and develop a relationship with Jesus. The role’s primary focus is creating and stewarding frameworks for execution and facilitating the delivery of various projects in the day-to-day operations of the product team. This includes managing phases and processes of projects in line with the product strategy and optimising project management capability of the product team. Specific Responsibilities: Develop frameworks, systems and processes to guide the execution and delivery of the product and adjacent activities. Provide support in decision-making and implementation of product strategy. Prioritise project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans and communicate status to the product team. Ensure key activities and work is tracked well to ensure visibility of work and subsequent output. Strengthen the product team’s project management capability through adoption of systematic approach to delivery and execution. Gather feedback from stakeholders and users and extrapolate it to actionable insights to improve ways of working and the product. Process documentation and report generation. Essential Requirements and Skills: Proven track record and experience in project management (3-5 years experience). Strong analytical and data visualisation skills. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. Competent with project management tracking solutions (e.g. Trello, Jira etc.). Ability to work on multiple initiatives with many stakeholders. Desirable Skills, Experience and Knowledge: Experience in a software development environment and projects. Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies / frameworks. Experience with user acceptance testing.
