Production Manager

Full job description We are looking for a Production Manager. All applicants need to have 2 - 3 years of experience working in a similar role within the clothing and textile industry and have the ability to successfully lead a team. Job description: • Supervise production team and execute production schedule to ensure maximum production capacity is achieved every day • Monitor processes and orders, to ensure that they will finish within the allocated time, and mitigate the risk of order delays • Investigate production problems and resolve • Improve efficiency; ensure daily production targets are met. • Communicate production status to management • Adjust schedules for on-time delivery • Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications • Ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards Requirements: • Qualification in one of the following areas: Operations Management with a specialisation in manufacturing techniques / Quality Management / Clothing Management • Proven 2 - 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a production environment • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Exceptional planning and management of tasks • Strong management and leadership skills • Highly organized and has the ability to multitask. • Outstanding time management skills.
