Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Assist with medical procedures and ensure the safe use of clinical technology.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any significant changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration with the South African Nursing Council.
• Clinical Technologist qualification will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of patient care practices and clinical technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required.
