Job description We're currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented desk bound sales person to join our team. Who will play a crucial role in developing, executing, and evaluating all lead generation initiatives to drive qualified leads into our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and measure lead generation strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads. Meet and exceed sales targets through outbound sales and lead generation efforts. Conduct cold calls to identify potential clients and assess their eligibility for our services. Handle objections with confidence, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Requirements: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficient in computer skills. Minimum of 2 years experience in lead generation or outbound sales. Ability to handle objections with confidence during client interactions. Comfortable with cold calling and assessing client eligibility for services.
