About the Role Sales coordinators support Account Managers and Business Development Managers by coordinating sales-related activities within the Company group. They play an important role in maintaining good customer relationships, by acting as an extension of the field sales force. Sales coordinators require excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service. Responsibilities Sales Coordinating Interfacing with the sales team and managing expectations both internally as well as with the customer Engaging with, supporting and driving outcomes with the operations and credit departments within the Company group. Managing customer expectations through communicating and keeping them informed on progress. Company pride themselves in being customer focused by driving service excellence. Identifying, communicating and escalating of functional problems, potential threats and challenges. Dealing with challenges, resolving conflicts, solving problems and knowing where to find help. To administer all relevant sales platforms ensuring data richness and integrity. Exposure to all relevant customer related matters and delivering on set objectives. Completing all relevant and required quotations and supporting requirements. Completing Credit notes for files and assist in maintaining credit facilities. To support the Account Manager and Business Development Manager to deliver on Customer excellence and all relevant administration requirements. Communications & Working Relationships Internal: Account Managers / Business Development Managers Operations Team Credit and Risk team CAMS team Internal Subject Matter Experts Reasons for Interaction: Ensure the achievement of the Sales objectives within the Company Group Customer satisfaction and excellence External: Customers Reasons for Interaction: Customer Service and satisfaction Candidate Requirements Minimum qualifications / experience Business Administration diploma or equivalent qualification 2 years’ experience in target driven sales environment. 3 years’ experience in customer relationship management.
