Job Position: Sales Representative Ref: 4803 Location: Empangeni (KZN) Salary: R20 000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience + commission and benefits Email your updated CV to recruit@onlinepersonnel.co.za Qualifications / Requirements: • Minimum of Matric • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales • Valid driver’s license • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel / Word / PowerPoint) • Influential, concise, rational, and practical communicator • Relationship management • Strategy and project management skills • Self-motivated team player, able to inspire colleagues • Willing to work under pressure and achieve and drive targets • Availability to travel extensively • Communicates clearly • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills Key Performance Areas: • Facilitate achievement of agreed targets in the region, achieving volume and net profit targets by always driving sales performance • Weekly/monthly reporting to area Sales Manager • Identify and manage creation of new business opportunities for the region to expand the market • Ensure that all operations are in line with the company’s policies • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs • Accountability for volume target and net profit target • Cold calling, making contact and presenting proposals to prospective clients, also be able to achieve daily/weekly customer call target • Need to be able to meet their target of prospect meetings and site acquisitions • Extensive traveling required • Asset register completion and reporting are required • Meet sales targets as set out by the employer • Cover the customer base for Durban North Coast and Zulu Land Region
