Ensure that orders and shipping quantities match Monitor and confirm the physical shipment of goods and facilitate tracking of inventory Enter data pertaining to international shipments onto the ERP system Perform Excel costings Open shipping files, cross index and obtain approved orders Check confirmations and follow up with suppliers Check invoiced amounts and quantities against all foreign payments Identify and correct errors on packing lists and invoices Ensure accuracy of all shipping documents General administration Send booking requests to shipping lines Keep shipping records organized Maintain good supplier relationships and answer supplier's questions Assist in resolving discrepancies Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders Bi-annual NRCS submissions Ensure LOA’s are valid at time of order
