We are hiring a Support Desk Agent for our Richards Bay office. In this role, you will provide technical and customer support for clients, assisting them with product-related queries and troubleshooting. You will be the go-to person for resolving issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient support experience.

Key Responsibilities:
