Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing mentorship to team members.
  • Driving business development initiatives and pursuing new opportunities for growth.
  • Implementing best practices and process improvements to optimize operations.
Client Liaison:
  • Ensure continuous communication with clients for project updates and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to address their needs and expectations.
Management Responsibilities:
  • Assume responsibility for team training and development, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Monitor and manage the unit's budget effectively.
  • Encourage innovation within the team to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or relevant field.
  • 3 - 5 years of management experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving performance metrics and meeting operational goals.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and empowerment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies and tools.
