Vetting Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Vetting Administrator to join our team. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally and courteously. • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Excel. • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, organizing, and scheduling. • Provide support to team members as needed.

Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Work Hours: This is a half day position, 09:00 – 13:00.
